John Vallis #6: Random Chat - The Mental Health 'System'

While on a short stop in London in August 2018, I was stopped by a guy (Mike) on the South bank of the Thames, who claimed to be selling rubber wrist bands to raise money for an organization involved in supporting people with mental health issues.

He asked me some questions, and then I asked him a couplein return. He seemed like a nice guy, and open to sharing his experiences, so I just asked him if he'd like to record a short chat.

He obliged, and this video is what followed.
