Good attitude, as opposed to would've, could've, should've stuff. We can live better lives one step at a time, one thing at a time. I made a commitment to eat garlic each day and it was tough at first but it is now normal routine and I am bit addicted to garlic now.
I can not eat garlic! My body resists ((But I start the morning with a glass of very cold water and a spoonful of honey ... I'll definitely try something out of your post👍
Yeah, honey is so good with oatmeal.
