Food Side Effects

If you want to lose weight or improve health, then first listen to your gut. Your gut can tell you what to eat and when to eat. Learn how to follow your heart, mind, and gut too. Don't be afraid to NOT EAT when you are not hungry. Stop taking too many shortcuts. Please do not eat alleged diet food and diet drinks. There are reasons for that. There are so many side effects to stuff that they make and give to us. The soil is so bad. The soil is so depleted. We got to grow our own gardens and develop better soils. Our plants and foods must produce seeds and must spoil within hours or days.

did you know eating foods with MSG or even GMOs makes us think we are still hungry after we've finished eating? it's why many people have to eat every 45 minutes to an hour or why they never feel satisfied.

strive for a fully organic diet if possible. it's very difficult, of course.

Agreed and soda makes us thirsty too. They hook us from cradle to the grave.
