What an amazing post. I absolutely love your lifestyle. This chart you shared is wonderful and really eye-opening. This was so helpful for me because I really want to cut down on meat consumption or totally get rid of meat, so this is very encouraging. I was always wondering why some people walk bare feet, and now I know and it totally makes sense to me and that is another eye-opening strategy. I read bible quotes every morning and spend some time with God, which has been so inspiring and it gives me peace of mind and strength. I love exercising in nature and just being around beautiful nature because again I feel free and peaceful and so appreciative. Thank you again for this amazing video, you look great and I'll be following you, so I can see more of your lifestyle because that is what I'm looking for and I'm getting closer to it.
