The Yellow Color The best color base on the scientific chart, this color yellow enlightenment in all aspect and it is meaning also for honor. loyalty but it is also a color of cowardice, This is My Cousin Shot on the Sunflower farm in Quezon Province, the holiness of this farm located at Tiaong in Quezon my lovely Province, it is 3 hours Bus ride from Metro Manila to Province of Quezon. this lovely photos of the Sunflower Farm is basically one of the tourist destination from our beautiful town Tiaong . and here is my photo shot by my cousin Elizabeth.

This beautiful flower were also source of Sunflower oil and it will use as cooking oil.The sunflower oil have benefits including a substantial amount of linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid)which is good for our health.

Look at the formation ? it's look like saying they are almost waving harmonizing the eyes of the people who taught him at the farm. but according to the health organization sunflower oil has become increasingly famous for use in cooking & other uses. because of it's different uses it will use also create a layer to protect our skin. and this Sunflower have a lovely look large flowers maintain their beauty toward her drought and it is very diverse plants are grown across the country as parts of gardens and landscaping for their beauty.
