I understand the spirit of the copy/paste comment.

In this case,

• there is no link to share (it was received via email)
• If I just snip out quotes, the full context and background, which is critical, is lost
• the source is an authority whereas I am not. My original content won't compare to that of the authority

If Someone finds something of importance, as I did, doesn't the community benefit if it is shared with some background information such as I provided?
