A while back, Brian Rose at London Real did an interview with Wim Hof, aka The Ice Man. Wim Hof has been on the Joe Rogan Experience, as well as many other podcasts with very powerful evidence that humans are capable of way more than we have thought to be possible. In this video with London Reals Brian Rose, Hof breaks down ways, he says, that we can control our physiology in which he claims will help us overcome everything from anxiety, to sickness and even disease.
