Himalayan Pink Salt

I met a 93 year old lady several years ago. She was in great shape and seemed pretty healthy. Was very active, better than most people in their 50s, I'd say. I had the termerity to inform that table salt was unhealthy, and people should use sea salt instead.
She replied,"Salt is salt". Well, for her maybe, being an exception to the rule. Sure didn't hurt her if that's what she thought. But for many of the rest of us, it would be wise to be informed. Since then I have learned that Himalayan Pink salt was even healthier.

Someone posted me about sodium chloride (table salt) and she said that sea salt and other salts weren't much better, and not to use much salt. Would you have knowledge about this? It seems to be controversial subject.
I give it to you, if you can straighten it out more for people who would like to know.
