My daily stretch

The daily practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a sequence of ASANAS (Yoga Poses) executed in a dynamic way, a fast and effective way to stretch and exercise, and also to fill us with energy and wellness if we focus our concentration on our breathing.


Here is one of my favorite poses of Surya Namaskar. It's really makes me feel good :)
