HEALTHY RECIPES #1 | BREAKFAST | MILET PORRIDGE 🔥
This is the perfect way to start the day, at least for me ☺
One of the most delicious breakfast i have ever tried, so i have to show you☻
The berries harmonize perfectly with the Milet Porridge and the sour kiwi and the more sweet hazelnut.
It almost taste like red fruit jelly ♥
It is very easy to prepare (if i can do it you sure can too ;P) and is ready to get consumed after around 25 minutes. Lets do it !!
Ingredients:
100-150 g milet (or even better gold milet)
water
150 ml coconut milk
100 g berries (i used a frozen berry mix, just pay attention that there is no sugar added, just frozen berries :D)
2 little kiwi
a loooooooooooot of ceylon cinnamon <3
20-25 g grounded hazelnut
Directions:
- Fill a cup with the milet and water and let them get soaked with it for at least 12h .
Throw awy the soaking. - Put them into a pan and cover them with water and coconut milk (the more milk the creamy).
Let it simmer for 10 – 15 minutes
- Add the berries
and the kiwi and let it simmer for a few more minutes
- Last add the biggest chunk of the huzelnut and the cinnamon. Mix it in!
- Place it into your cup and decorate your breakfast with the remaining hazelnut and cinnamon :)
- ENJOY<3
