Easy and healthy pineapple+banana smoothie!

First of all HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)
It is been a long time since I make a post, and I hope you all doing well! I can see, that I have over 1000 followers now! THANK YOU so much for following me, I will check out your posts guys ;)
Some of you know, that I am studying law, and I have been very busy, but I have now finished my 9th semester and have time to make some nice posts! :)
Back to the smoothie -->
Pineapple+Banana smoothie is a alternativ, what you can have as breakfast or just as a snack. Smoothies are easy to make, and they taste good! (Well.. If you choose good ingredients) :)
You only need:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Frozen pineapple:
I buy many fruits, especially if they are on discount, and I froze them. It will make your morning to be easier and healthier. Froze pineapple the day before and they can be in your freezer up to 3 month :smile:
Almond Milk:
Why I love almond milk!
- Low in calories
- It is dairy-free
- High in vitamin D
- And it taste good!

I also used to just enjoy the coffee in the morning like you, but I wanted to change a little bit, and try something new ;)
