World Mental Health day

As it is World Mental Health day today, I'd like to use this platform to remind everyone how important it is to ask for help. 

If you are struggling at work or in your personal life and you can't cope, then find someone and unburden yourself. Call the Samaritans free or call a friend or speak to a colleague. 

In that dark moment when you think there is no option, remember that it only takes a few seconds to ask for help. They could be the most important seconds in your life.

Asking for help is most important part. I did and thankful to wonderful colleagues and friends who helped me out in coming out of situation. It can happen to any one anywhere be it work or personal life, we need to remember there are so many out there who are willing to help. Life will be much easier if we realise this. 

Sign of the times. We have raised the bar on achieving contentment and happiness so high and have placed a dollar value on it so high that it can no longer be achieved. We have created too much pressure on ourselves  to be perfect we can no longer cope up.
