[ ] When one's age is growing, their body system changes and needs a little amount of cholesterol, usually in this faze of life most people begin to grow the bad cholesterol(LDL), so these are things that will help one have a better lifestyle while aging.
[ ] Cotail how you use saturated fatin your meal, if not you can be riding on your way to heart disease but if you start using the good cholesterol(HDL) it will clean up all the bad cholesterol(LDL) in your blood.

[ ] Exercise is very vital when age is not on your side again, exercising the body 4,5 times a week can go a long way in building up the good cholesterol. Its must not be a tough exercise you can dance, garden or go visist your friends.

[ ] Be selective when you want to eat. Make sure to make your kitchen a healthy kitchen by stocking your with healthy foods, Like beans, vegetables,ukwa, and white meats🍖 when should be roasted not fried.
[ ] Oatmeal is an ideal food to eat when you dont want to over eat, that is because it makes you full easily. Fiber also reduces the bad cholesterol and always know that its your right to be healthy .
[ ] With these little changes, you can turn the bad cholesterol into the good cholesterol(HDL) .
