Indian food is known for its authentic way of preparation and ingredients used to prepare the food.

Though indian food is known to be spicy,each ingredient of it has its own benefit.

here are some of them-

1.Mustard Seeds

Seeds of a mustard plant contain generous amounts of healthy phytonutrients called glucosinolates which can prove valuable against various cancers such as the bladder, colon, and cervical cancer.

Gives relief from respiratory disorder.

Aids in managing diabetes and cholesterol level.

Promotes clearer skin and cures acne.

Effective in treating psoriasis and chronic bronchitis.

2.Cumin

Cumin promotes digestion and also gives relief from stomach-aches when taken with hot water.
