How to Plank exercise for loss body weight

At first you have to decide that you are in the right place. That's how you need to Planck. Keep your hands in the right position. Your elbows should be kept along the shoulders so that they can properly spread the body weight. Keep the spine straight. Do not put extra pressure on the neck and back. Spread a couple of little spots. Make sure that the pressure is raised in the thighs. Keep in mind that your breath is slow and the body is flexible.
