HIGH PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

High in plant protein, junk free and smooth & sweet, this recipe clocks in at 17 grams protein, 10 grams fat and 9 grams carbs.  

Feel free to add any and all toppings you find tasty.  My favorites are fresh berries, hemp seed, chia seed and dry quick oats! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 block firm tofu (approx 7 oz)
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (almond milk, soy milk, etc)
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • Optional: Sweetleaf Stevia
  • Toppings:  fresh fruit, Hemp seed, Chia seed 

Directions:  Carefully open package of tofu and drain the liquid.   Next, blend tofu, almond milk, fruit and stevia until very smooth.  Pour into serving bowl and top with fresh berries, hemp seed and/or chia seed.
