Thanks Pranav !! I got sick again though after switching back to normal food. Seems like i will have to fight for a little longer. I will ask about chavanprash from my ayurvedic doctor. Thanks a lot :)

No not that bad. It will take time until i can eat normal food. I will get better, but yes, very slowly.
