Today we will talk about yoga Sadhna Diet Chart for Diabetes patients.

On getting up, one glass water with half lemon (to be increased to one in summer season.) Water should be lukewarm in winter season. At 07:00 a. m. without yogabhyas Amritpay misogynist at sansthan with half lemon.
After two hours half cup stormy gourd juice mixed with half cup water is to be taken. Without two hours seasonal salad, one chapati less then required and untried leafy boiled vegetable. Chapati should be prepared out of flour of three mixed cereals of equal quantity wheat, barley and gram. Flour should be kneaded with smashed untried leafy vegetable. Without four hours, fruits – only jambo, orange and guava should be taken.
After four hours butter milk without fat except in rainy season. Not to be taken by patient suffering from joint pain.
After two hours similar to noon meal to be taken by 06.00 pm.

Cautions

  • Boiled Moong pulse with curd of double toned milk (should not be sour) may be taken with morning meal. Persons suffering from joint pain should not take curd or butter milk.
  • After the meals, practise Shavasan for 15 minutes and without evening meals walk leisurely at least for an hour.
  • Continue practice yoga plane without the patient is cured.
  • Try to have a wifely and tomfool temperament.
