Health and Fitness Goals for 2018

Hello peeps!

Like many people I also wrote down health and fitness New Year's Resolutions.
To be able to, at any point, know if I'm reaching my goals or not I need to know where I am right now so I measured my weight this morning.

I took pictures with my phone of the scale values and this is how it looks like.

My goal is to reach 87Kg with less then 10% body fat. I know it will take time. A lot of time and dedication.

For January my focus will be to decrease body fat, hopefully below 20% and increase the amount of water in my body because only 55.7% is not so good.

I will share which kind of exercises I'll do in a future blog post.
