Treat skin using natural ingredients to cleanse and refresh your skin. You can use scrubs and masks from fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, avocados, cucumbers, tomatoes, and many others. You can also use sugar, honey, and milk for your skin's beauty.

  • Fruits and Vegetables

Take care of your diet. Expand eating fruits and vegetables to keep your skin healthy. Fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins that are needed by your skin. Fruits and vegetables contain lots of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C. In addition in fruits and vegetables contain lots of water that can nourish and moisturize your skin.

  • Exercising

Regular exercise also can nourish the skin. Exercise can increase collagen in the skin. Collagen serves to prevent wrinkles on the skin. Therefore, exercise regularly to keep you healthy and your skin also healthy.

  • Enough Sleep

One way to maintain healthy skin is to set the time to sleep properly. Someone who sleeps less skin will become dull, wrinkles quickly and skin color becomes uneven. Therefore, for those of you who want a healthy and supple skin, you should set the time to sleep. Normal bedtime within 24 hours is 7 hours. Within 7 hours, the skin will regenerate so that the next day you will look more fresh.

  • Positive thinking, smiling and laughing

By thinking positive can smooth blood circulation in the body, and it is good for your skin. Smiling or laughing is highly recommended, because smiling or laughing can train the muscles in your face, so the skin on your face always looks fresh and tight.

Nice post. Recently made my own skin care product for face, with beeswax, shea butter, jojoba oil and some essential oils like jasmine. It smells great and my skin has never been so soft, even though we're heading towards the middle of winter! So natural products, yes! And the water and the sleeping and the healthy eating and the smiling - all of them great tips :). Thanks!

Nice post. I think, at least in America, everyone is so caught up in quick and easy skin care products of wrinkle removing items that they forget about how toxic some of the products on the market actually are. I made the transition to natural products for skin care and hair care and it has been an amazing change for my skin and overall health.
