It can be round or elongated. The round variety is called "Noir Gros de Paris", while the extravagant variety called "Black Spain rainbow" - both have the same nutritional properties and the beneficial effect of man.
The radish has an extremely low calorific value, but it is a very valuable source of vitamin C, protein, cellulose and minerals; calcium, sodium and iron.
Black radish is extremely popular as an alternative medicine in the winter time, but should be consumed, regardless of the season, due to its healing properties.

- Ingredients required: black radish, 3-4 tbsp honey
- Cut off the top of the radish and cut a hole inside
- Fill it with honey and cover it with the tip of the radish
- Leave the radish to stand for 12 hours in a cool place
- The radish will release the juce and you'll get a healing syrup
