This post is awesome. The ipomea batatas also known as potato captured my attention.
The centre for science in the public intrest ranked the nitritional value of sweet potato as the highest among several other food, they are rich in beta carotene, vitamin A,B,C and E, thiamine B1, Niacin B3 and many others. I love sweet potato very well.
