Jake, this is a great post. You really highlighted our feet and how important they are. "the feet are a wonder of engineering", I couldn't agree more with you. I study Medicine and the whole anatomy of the foot is amazing, how it is designed, how it supports our body without major issues... Incredible. And someone who does not have their feet in the best circumstances, then they're most likely to have problems in the rest of the body.
I personally never thought of any major exercise for my feet, so those examples you gave do come in handy :) Thank you for this!

Thanks for the kind words and catching my error! I'm glad you enjoyed the article, and it's true, the foot is a wonder. I've really enjoyed improving my foot health over the last couple years. It helped me become much more athletic and added an element of movement I felt I didn't have access to before.
