Yummy healthy Potatoes...Delicious ad Low calories

These potatoes are much  healthier, and less fattening than fried french fries.

Make them once, and you will not stop making them. My kids and my husband love them!

Ingredients:

4-6  medium size potatoes

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon ground black Pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon tumeric

1 teaspoon mayonaise

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon dried Roemary or Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons water


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (250 degrees C)

2. Wash potatoes well, and keep the skin on.

3. in a bowl, mix the oil, mayonaise and spices. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Mix well.

4. Cut the potatoes into large slices. Add to the bowl and mix well.

5. Place the potatoes in a roasting pan, and bake for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Serve immediately and enjoy. (They are amazing with rach dressing)
