Many a little makes a mickle

Today, I am feeling more concerned about our daily lifestyle as we are getting swamped inside and there is no attention towards the health - the greatest wealth.
When I was child, my teacher taught me that "Time is money" and "Health is wealth". After combining both, we can conclude that health is directly proportional to time. There is no currency that can purchase time because it's precious. People that have enough time for their health would be last longer that have not even a second or the careless ones. We can never make something possible if our inner soul has enough hope to do it.BdEOo8fCQAAmFeu.jpg
A little step ahead can lead to hundred miles of way. It can give you more years to live and a little hope gives enormous energy to be changed.
Getting up early in the morning is the task of giving up laziness. If I ask you to have an hour for the health, l probably think 70% of them would have no time. But health demands only five or ten minutes. You can start from the least to achieve the highest. It's very good to give your five or ten minutes to walk in the nearby park outside your home. Don't think it's very less, it is 300 or 600 seconds and you can walk at least the half of the seconds. When you get attached with the essence of attractive and peaceful nature, surely, an unknown friend will be added to your friend list that would remind you to meet him.

Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and Dinner like a pauper to stay healthy. I recommend you to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water which equals about 2 litres.
Starting from less, you would be able to spend more time on exercises and healthy tips. Changes take time. Don't stop. Believe in yourself and never lose your hope. Everyday is a new opportunity to score your best. Stay
