Immune System Tea

  • 1/3 parts turmeric
  • 1/3 parts ginger
  • 1/6 parts cumin
  • 1/6 parts anything you like - orange peel, tribulus terrestris plant

Turmeric and ginger both have powerful substances with ability to support your immune system. Cumin is a source of minerals particularly iron so needed to create new blood cells. Tribulus terrestris is for regeneration after exercise and only increases testosterone if taken regularly. Orange peel adds taste and aroma only.

Use one teaspoon for 0.5 liters.

I buy some ready made turmeric tea bags not sure if it might be better to make it at home like your recipe. Is this teaspoon measure?

The measure is in parts. Two teaspoons are enough for 1.5 liters.

I am against tea bags. Some are used to hide poor quality of herbs used. The others may release toxic chemicals (I believe the use of these is restricted in some countries).
