I love putting garlic in the oven, covered in aluminum foil, for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Comes out like a cream. Spread it over some bread for the most delicious and healthy snack. It's great for those with high blood pressure. I've noticed that it actually gives me a way better nights sleep if i have it an hour or so before bed.
