Technically this Item could cost you more than $10 depending on your strength and fitness level but this item will only cost you $10 to get started.
Kettle bells are a fantastic addition to your exercise routine that can be great for stamina, strength and cardio training. The one downside for kettle bells are that they are not great for travelling with.
There are unlimited sources for video tutorials on YouTube and hopefully soon some more decentralized video services!

Maybe I will just stick to the commenting side. I like that it is not as trashy as YouTube, some pretty decent threads going , some nice answers and debates.
You also earn money fro posts that do well that you upvote or re steem! if your comments get upvoted, they earn as welL!

Is there a good source anywhere that somebody breaks down the whole concept of Steemit and how to use it properly and effectively?
if you type certain ideas on google , all those posts on steemit will show up, or you can use the search at the top bar.
