  4. Eat at least two glasses of lemon, salt syrup a day. We sweat a lot in summer. Along with this sweat, salt also leaves the body a lot. As a result, salt shortage may occur in the muscles. As a result, muscle cramps can occur.

  5. If you go anywhere outside your home on foot or by public transport after ten o'clock in the morning, you must take an umbrella with you. Make no mistake. If necessary, you can apply a little sunscreen.

  6. Do not forget to touch any roadside fast food during summer. At the same time, do not consume tea from local tea shops, cut fruits on roadsides and any sherbet sold on open roads. They are the easiest ways to attack various germs during summer. Typhoid and cholera germs are more common during this time.

  7. Try to eat more liquid food at home in summer. Eat dal, rice, fish broth along with syrup, soup, stew. Must have lemon in food. During this time, eat meat and spicy food as little as possible. Have breakfast early in the morning. At noon, eat rice, pulses and fish broth with plenty of vegetables. Eat less fried food. Eat a light meal at night. It is better not to eat rice at night, even if you eat it, you will eat less rice.

  8. Try to eat plenty of summer fruits. Especially dab, watermelon, bangi, footi, ​​various melan fruits, litchi, banana, papaya, mango (both raw and ripe), jackfruit, bell, cucumber, jam and jamrul.

  9. Drink a glass of bottled water daily. It keeps the body more fresh. I also drink a can of water daily in summer. Try to eat a lot of vitamin C with it. In summer, large quantities of leaves and myrrh lemons are available in the market. Take out the juice of a lemon leaf in a glass of water and mix it with a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt and make a sherbet by adding lemon juice on top and making a syrup. At least two glasses a day.

  10. Practice taking bath early in the morning for these two months. Wash your body every afternoon but do not wet your head. If there is sweat on the body, first run a fan to dry the sweat. Then take a bath.
