When is MASTURBATION excessive? Effect of overdoing it in Men

Masturbation can be a normal sexual depending on your belief or unbelief but as the saying goes "too much of everything is bad". Excessive wanking leads to psychogical and physiological imbalances and side effect...i know you will wondering, When is it excessive then? Several medical personnel recommended keeping it to two or three times a week based on the effects the act leaves on masturbators, therefore excessive masturbation starts from doing it daily even if it is once.
