When we will practice this yoga ,we have to float on the water like fish. So it is known as fish yoga.

We will first sit down in muktapadsana. The voice and face lift up and look at the back of the neck.The vocal veins should be equal.Brahmatalu should touch the ground.When turning the neck backwards, the abdomen and thighs will bend up and bend the spine.Hold the right toes with the left hand by extending the arms forward.Hold the left toe with the right hand.Hold the left toe with the right hand. Thus we will practice two to three times .
