The most important thing to look after .. Health issues

So how many of you guys are diagnosed with SAD ?
Apparently , 6 % of America ( i think there is more ) is diagnosed with SAD , which stands for - Seasonal Affective Disorder , and is also known as winter depression . The symptoms you get when you have SAD is that you have like a low energy all day long , you don't have any interests on doing what you used to do and enjoy . You also have problems with your sleep , which in the mornings you feel like you don't want to get up and go to work ( i know this happens with all , but in this case you don't want to get up at all . ) This also gives you problems with your body weight and the way you start eating , you forget about the healthy things , and you just start eating chips and snacks and you think you enjoy them for the moment but then you just feel sick and want to vomit . Point is that when you have SAD you go for the carbs . Also a thing is that you become too emotional , you start fighting with the people around you and become aggressive.
So you think all these are just regular symptoms when a person is feeling bad , and yes it is true . But you should really go see a doctor or a therapist because when this condition becomes regular it just leads to depression and you really start having some bad thoughts about death and loosing people and things . And your goals are jut crossed over with a big red cross .
When you are aware of your condition please just think of beautiful things , get up and do what you used to do . Go back to your passions and be passionate about life in general . Even though hings suck in your life , everything makes its own way .
The way how i got out of this condition was meditating . I seriously meditated , even though i did not think i could . And i asked myself what is happening ? What are you doing like this ? It's true that i was in a bad moment of my life but no matter how bad things are you just can't let go . You just got to keep trying , and do the best you can do . And the best is not done by laying all day in a super comfy bed ( ok , this is the best just for sundays) . You got to try for yourself ! If you don't , who will ?
