I like to add a table spoon of Psyllium husk on my breakfast cereal each day.
A nice daily spoonful of 'a broom' for the insides.
Can you elaborate about the hair preparations?

😄 🤣 😄 🤣 A perfect "BROOM" for the insides indeed!

Keep up your brilliant work!

I have to now. I'm so used to the flavour that it adds that if it's not added, the cereal (muesli, weetbix or porridge) just doesn't taste 'right'.

I understand! The taste is just phenomenal and quite tempting, so carry on with your morning routine.
Cheers

This is one of the best sources of fiber and I love to make vegan "mozzarella cheese" with it ♥

Yes, it is an excellent source of fiber. If you can, please kindly share the recipe with us. Many thanks

I love this stuff! You always want to use the Whole husks. It expands more in the intestines and exfoliates the insides (so to speak). Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to get some this week. Totall forgot about this gem.👍👍

Due to its expansion in the intestines, it is always recommended to drink plenty of water with psyllium. I am happy to have reminded you once again about this gem.
BTW, I appreciate your kind words.
