This is so cool and such a sweet memory for you. I believe that it is all about the mindset. My grandfather died at the age of 104 years and he was still strong and could literally take care of himself before his transition to glory.
Let's hope we also live longer!
That is amazing. I am pretty much always happy, so if that is the key I think I will do good. :)
