Sunday Tip - B12 and Caffeine

So I have to share with you all...I can’t do caffeine. I am so sensitive to it that even if it’s a piece of dark chocolate, I get jittery and if I have it after 5, I have trouble sleeping 🤦🏻‍♀️ so you can imagine what a tea or coffee would do. Most days I don’t really feel I need it though so I’m lucky. But even I have days where I feel like my motor has stopped especially if I haven’t been eating right or exercising regular.
