Sunday Focus: Raising Energy!!

Following on from Tip this week on caffeine, I wanted to share something physical we could do to raise our energy levels.

Most know, or have heard, that exercise helps raise your energy levels...but when we are tired, exercise is the last thing we want to do! So a good way to make a small, but impactful change is parking your car further away when you go out somewhere.

Sounds simple, but it’s quite effective. If you park on the top floor of a parking structure and take the stairs instead of the elevator, or park further away in the parking lot and walk that little extra bit (waking briskly so you can feel your heart); that on a consistent basis will help raise your energy levels, and raise your metabolism too!

So if having energy is a challenge for you, try this for the weekend and see if you feel the difference..!
