Friday Focus: Stretching 🙆♀️ 🙆♂️
Did you know 🧐 Scientific research has proven beyond a doubt that stretching regularly decreases pain, increases focus and productivity and improves sleep 😴 💤
When you stretch your muscles, new blood can rush in and clean out your deep tissues - so, naturally, this facilitates detoxification ✅ which means it helps us feel great!
My challenge for this weekend, for those who choose to take part: pick one stretch to do in the morning as soon as you get up and one at night right before bed. Commit to doing just 5 minutes for the first week...and see how you feel!
Remember: be gentle with your body and don’t push past the pain. Pain means STOP! 🛑 ✋
