1.Massage the hair-

We should massage our hair. By massaging the hair, blood reaches to the root of our hair and it stimulates the hair growth. We should regularly massage our hair with good oil. Coconut oil is the best.

Mix 2,3 drop off of lemon juice in coconut oil and massage the hair then after 1 or 2 hour do shampoo.

2.Natural Spa-

Do hot water and mix olive oil in it. Soak a towel for sometime in that water . After that take that towel and cover your hair with it. It is natural Spa from for your hair. It will maje your strong naturaly and stop hair fall.

3.Don't Comb In Wet Hair -

Often when we come out from bathing,we comb hair. We should avoid this practice . Combing in Wet hair will result in a hair fall. So we should not do comb whenever our hair are wet. We should let the hair dry then comb it. If you are in a hurry then wait sometime let it dry apply coconut oil on hair oil then comb.This step will greatly reduce your hair fall.

4.Apply Ginger Juice-

Apply ginger juice in your hair in the night .Wash it in morning.It will remove dandruff and make your hair shiny and stop hair fall.
