RE: Colloidal Silver Is Antibacterial and a Safe Treatment for E. Coli

in #health8 years ago (edited)

Thank you for your support and input! It's greatly appreciated.

Argyria is the ONLY side effect that has been erroneously correlated with the use of colloidal silver--it is actually caused by a buildup of silver salts under the skin. High quality colloidal silver does not contain silver salts. Also, argyria is extremely rare with only around 200 cases reported in 100+ years.

Our extensive experience with taking colloidal silver, including the hundreds if not thousands of cases we have seen, as well as history and the scientific record show that there are no side effects with taking high quality colloidal silver. "High quality" is defined by a number of factors, including particle size and what else is in the solution.

This is a safe and highly effective treatment for bacteria, viruses, and pathogens that is suppressed. Because we have such success with it, it is our duty to vocalize that there are more options than what is presented by the very unsustainable mainstream medical establishment.

Sort:

The silver nanoparticles turn into silver salts in the acid of the stomach and then back to silver. Even if you start with no salts in the product you are selling and just pure colloidal silver nanoparticles. The conversion into salts creates the problem regardless.

From silver to salt and back again
Hurt and his team have been studying the environmental impact of silver, specifically silver nanoparticles, for years. They’ve found that nanosilver tends to corrode in acidic environments, giving off charged ions — silver salts — that can be toxic in large amounts.

nanosilver is broken down in the stomach, absorbed into the bloodstream as a salt and finally deposited in the skin, where exposure to light turns the salt back into elemental silver and creates the telltale bluish hue.

EDIT: It appears after further research that protective coatings can reduce the build up of silver salt ions. However, coating the silver nanoparticles does reduce the efficiency of the silver's anti-microbial properties creating a trade-off between safety and effectiveness.

Nanoparticles in high quality colloidal silver are treated with a coating that does not break down in the stomach. This is potentially superior to solutions that can be produced at home.

Further, it takes copious amounts low-quality silver solutions to build up enough to turn a person blue. This is why it is an extremely rare side effect. And again, this is still the ONLY side effect that has ever been associated with colloidal silver.

Western medicine, on the other hand, kills more than 700,000 people a year--that's a pretty nasty side effect to "healthcare". Colloidal silver is an alternative to the options presented there.

"Western medicine, on the other hand, kills more than 700,000 people a year"

Ridiculous claim.
