Improving flexibility helps to minimize the risk of injuries to all the people who do exercises regularly. As Professional athletes, the common people who workout for hobby should stretch their muscles before and after their training.
Believe it or not every people are flexible but in different levels. The flexibility can be exploit since we are young or we could work on it if we don't have the habit of stretching.
Stretching daily helps athletes to work on their concentration. It can be very painful at the beginning for them but with breathing techniques the pain will be bearable. Working hard everyday in this ability isn't necessary. There are low intensity routines to relax the body.
A good nutrition is important to improve flexibility in general. Vegetables, fruits and water must be consumed regularly. Is important to consume three liter of water each day in average.
