4 Ways to Take Care Of Your Skin

Our physical appearance is represented by our skin. A healthy and smooth skin will always attract more people as compared to a rough and pimpled skin. When you first see a person walking by the only and first thing you can notice is his/her skin and odour. Skin and odour is the first impression of ours on others. Specially if you are a social person then it becomes very very important to have a skin that people are attracted to and want to be with you. There are some things that a person can do to have a great skin. 


Diet and Exercise
 

It doesn’t matter where you are and what you do, if you are having proper diet with appropriate nutrients THEN it will definitely help your skin tissues to be healthy and active. A rich diet including veggies, fruits, proteins and other will not only help you to look beautiful but also it will help your skin tissues to look younger and more fulfilled. Water is a very important entity to maintain our skin tissues. A person drinking a lot of water will have a much brighter, healthier and younger skin. Diet and Water is not enough, if you truly want to have a smooth skin then exercise daily even if it is for 15 mins.  



Sunlight Protection (UltraViolet Rays) 


A limited amount of exposure to sunlight can help your skin to nourish itself but too much UV rays attack on your skin can damage your skin. In some of the cases it can even cause cancer, depending upon the environment. It is really important for you to protect yourself from sun rays as much as possible. You can use sunscreens offered by different brands with at least an SPF of 20 and apply periodically to ensure protection. Or you can find shady spots or wear clothes that can completely cover your skin. These small small things can greatly help your skin to be healthy.


Don’t Take Stress and Don’t Smoke 


Well, we all know that stress and smoking is not healthy at all. It can greatly degrade your potential, performance and your future. According to a research, stress can lead to outbreaks of acnes and hives that can really damage your skin. If you are taking stress a lot then it is time to find your ways to control it. Stress is not only harmful for your skin but for your health too. Same goes with smoking. Smoking can greatly affect our lungs and heart and can cause cancer. It diminishes the size of blood vessels and thus decreasing overall blood flow but increasing pressure. Smoking also take away the nutrients and oxygen from your skin leading to the dehydration and roughness of skin. If you want to have a really good and bright skin then you should probably leave these things. 



Skin Treatment 


Skin treatment is as important as taking food daily. You can’t miss a diet for a healthy body and same goes with the skin. Cleansing and protecting your skin is not enough. You need to take care of it effectively. First of all you need to know about your skin whether it is damaged or dry and then use products like soaps, moisturisers and more. Moisturising your skin daily can greatly help you to have a hydrated and younger looking skin. One thing that you need to make sure that you take your skin health seriously and pay it the required attention.

Pffff, am doing everything wrong here. Sunlight protection I do differently though, I try to avoid direct sunlight by walking and sitting in the shades, and wearing hats.
