AK: In relation to this theme, why do you think Derrick Broze is having so much trouble getting his anarchoAgora community-building process out of the starting gate? What do you think he is missing? He lives near Liberty Co., TX where I know the man (a pastor) who is (was?) the Tea Party Director for 3 counties over there (just n. of Houston). He and his son own 40 acres which I would bet a dime to a donut he would trade out some land use for some produce and meat. His name is Pr. Aubrey Vaughan. Perhaps you can grease these wheels...... Remember, Texas has NO ORDINANCES on property located in unincorporated areas. No land use. No zoning. No building codes. County Commissions are NOT afforded legislative power.... and you bought your "homestead" in AZ. WHYYYYYYYYY? lol
