A few points that I think is important to focus on when we're trying to make a dietary change. What're your best tips when transitioning?

By all means, going slow is the way to go with any change (in lifestyle). I believe many people do not succeed in throwing meat out of their diet precisely for wanting to achieve too much too fast. It might work for some, but not everyone.
PS: Back in Europe? This video definitely looks more chilly than the previous ones. ⛄

Hey @fruitarianism You are giving amzing tips in this video for those who want to change their eating habbits. I agree with you that it is important to read about all the doubts we might have about this change we are going to do. I recommend to people that still are eating meat, to consider reduce the amount of what they are eating and to start eating more of the food with real nutrients like their favorite fruits in the morning as a breakfast, a big salas with their favorite vegetables, seeds, legumes, plants and mushrooms. I think it depends on how on what people likes so that they can keep on tasting the variety that we find in nature! :D
