HARMFUL EFFECTS OF BLUE LIGHTS.

IMG_7260.JPGConstant and prolonged exposure to blue lights from our smartphone devices, tablets, PCs and iPads can be of damage to the brain and our health.

  1. It disrupts your sleep schedule which might leave you distracted and have impaired memory the next day.

  2. A poor night sleep caused by smart phone can make learning harder.

  3. Over the long run not getting enough sleep can lead to Neurotoxin build up that makes it even harder for you to get a good sleep.

  4. It suppresses your Melatonin levels and changes your biological clock (Natural Sleep Schedules) which leaves you prone to depression.

  5. By disrupting your melatonin levels and sleep, smartphones light can also mess with the hormones that controls hunger, potentially increasing obesity risks.

  6. There's is some evidence that blue lights can damage our vision over time by harming the retina.

  7. There is a connection between light exposure at night and the disturbed sleep that come with it and an increased risk of breast and prostrate cancers.

Why risk your health over a chat, text, surfing the internet or scrolling down feeds?

You can get a better sleep and enough sleep.

Always keep your screen devices away or switch them off completely and get a sound sleep. Your body needs it.
