LOOFAH.
Dermatologists advice against the use of loofah sponges due to the fact that it transfers bacteria. Loofah sponges come in contact with unclean areas of the body and then absorb the bacteria within the nooks and crannies of the sponge. In place of a loofah, you can use a cleanser or your hands.

EXFOLIATING BRUSH
You must keep exfoliating brush away from your face. The skin on the face is very delicate and thus, must be treated gently. The skin naturally exfoliates and using an exfoliating brush could cause the skin damage or irritation.

SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCE
Synthetic fragrance are made from harmful chemicals like toluene and petroleum which can cause redness and itching on the face if applied.

ABRASIVE FACE SCRUB
Never use an abrasive exfoliant like crushed nut or a rough scrub on your face. This may cause inflammation and dilated red blood cells particularly if you have a sensitive skin.
