My Wim Hof Journey Week 3 Day 6

Yesterday I was on the road the whole day, so I skipped my practise. While having a few drinks (actually many) I felt a bit hangover today and needed a lot of willpower to get me started. While I was not expecting good results for today, espically with the push ups, it wasnt as bad as I thought.
I am not disapointed, even or especially after the last 2 amazing days. I am looking forward for tomorrow starting fit and fresh again and I am also very happy I pushed through today.
I am considering repeating week 3 because it feels like I just got started 4 days ago, but I will take a look what changes week 4 will bring.
I will follow your blog because you are an incredible person who loves to surpass himself. Bravo.

Having this diary here helps a lot I would have skipped a lot more often without I am sure
I agree...I tend to do this when I am determined to lose some weight, otherwise, I just get too busy with other things and something like this helps you focus and gives you some sort of self motivation
Full 100% upvote and resteemed :-)
