Learning To Be Productive

in #health8 years ago

I totally understand you. I get it. You have 2 days of the week off from work and you want to make these days the best day of the week, but somehow you end up staring at your computer screen with a never ending cup of coffee in the most comfortable pair of pajamas and you end up pushing off your todo list to the next day or to the next week. Unfortunately right now I am doing just that. I have done a small amount of research on how to get productive because I really need to be productive today I got stuff to do! In this blog post you will learn how to become productive on those days off!

Workout In The AM

Its well known that working out in the morning will make you motivated and help you start your day off strong and a productive day at that.

Some people might complain that they dont have time to get ready and drive or walk to a gym and I do get that but you could workout in the comfort of your own home, even spending a small amount of time workout out will get your blood pumping and you'll release a hormone called endorphin, endorphin makes you feel happy and excited!

Caffeine!

Ok so who doesn't love caffeine that first sip of it in the morning you can feel yourself waking up, To much coffee isnt good for you so maybe stick with that one cup in the morning just to kick start your day before you tackle your tasks.

Staying Positive

Staying positive might be hard after hitting a few bumps in the road and making you fall off your scheduel for the day, but learning to accept that somethings just happen will make it a little easier to get back on track and get what you have to do done for the day. In stead of saying "shag it ill do it another day" you should look at what you can complete with what time you have left of the day and go complete them!

Now that I have completed the post I better start to get my tasks for today done! Wish me luck I may need it!
