RE: HOW I SAVED MYSELF FROM EMERGENCY SURGERY- PART 2 of 2
I'm glad you found something that works! Wondering, I've been thinking about this... I take vit C in the mornings - is there a real difference between taking it in the mornings or night?
It depends. For me, it helped because I have to eat very late some nights. Some people may benefit from morning supplements as well.
What's your take on taking two doses? Even tho it says take one, I've been thinking about adding one at night. I was worried it might give me a little energy for some reason. Haha
Vitamin C is ok to take even in larger doses as long as you don't have an issue like hemachromotosis where Vitamin C increases your uptake of iron. You could try it and see if it helps even more. I know that high doses of Vitamin C is theraputic and is even being used to help with cancer, but be aware that once you have reached saturation your body will start to shed the excess by giving you diarhhea. If that were to happen, you would just need to scale back the C intake. This usually only happens when taking doses hourly. I think you would be ok, but I'm just a gal who beleives in home treatments for non-emergency cases🌻
Thanks for the info!
