"Exercise makes mind healthy"these all the world which we hear from every third person in now days what is its meaning how it can be done

 and what is the need of exercise are some questions arising in every human life here are the answers of these questions

# Its meaning

Exercise is if two types mentally and physically physical exercise makes body healthy and a healthy body has also a healthy brain mentally exercise calms our nerves both these situation makes a man healthy in term of his body and his brain also.



# How can be it done

Physical exercise can be done physically by routine ruining,push ups,jumping,yoga all makes body healthy which indirectly makes healthy during exercise breathing rate increased so a large amount of air is exchanged between atmosphere and body large amount of carbon dioxide is removed out and large amount of oxygen is entered in body and large amount will be provided to brain so tissues in brain become active and mind become healthy 

# Mentally exercise 

Reading the verses of Quran soothes brain and it makes mind sharp and healthy by involving brain into puzzles and games a short time exercise will be given to brain which makes it healthy

# What is the need of exercise

Without exercise body would be jam and every function of body should be stopped to have a happy life exercise is must it keeps diseases a hand away from us it brings calmness and removes restlessness after having exercise we will be tired and need a sleep which makes our mind also without exercise the enjoy of life us not possible it would be full of worries,diseases etc

# Conclusions

Exercise is important to make brain healthy so try to make it routine to make your brain healthy so might you enjoy the colours in life without any hardship.
