Dear Steemians,

this is my first post on STEEMIT and i like to share something i came to realize a few years ago - but I did not have the courage to post it using my real name due to the effect it would have on my public person.

The country i am living is using different chemicals to treat our water supply. These chemicals are for example fluoride. There is a common saying here about our water supply roughly translated it goes like this "We have one of the best water in the whole world". This is what you hear from the majority of the people living here. I do not want to go to deep into the health degradation that keeps accumulating over the years of consumption.

Anyway... There is a solution...

I bought a steam water distiller a few years ago and am using it since then to purify my daily water supply. I know this cost energy but on the other hand the long term effects of fluoride and other heavy chemicals (chemiKILLS) are devastating.

Another thing to do is to drink pure fruit juice from oranges or coconuts etc. - this might be THE better solution from a common sense perspective but DO NOT buy the already processed stuff if you DO NOT know how it was processed. Fruit juice is basically the natural steam distilled water supply but not available as much as it should be.

So either you start drinking STEAM DISTILLED water or SELF PROCESSED fruit juice to stay healthy.

It depends on the grade of illness a person has what is happening during the consumption of pure water. In ALL cases the illness needs to get flushed out - this happens thru all possible channels a body has. (You know what i am talking about).

ALSO IF YOU HAVE AMALGAM FILLINGS DO NOT DRINK PURE WATER!!!

FIRST GET RID OF THESE HEAVY METAL FILLINGS!!!

PURE WATER HAS THE POWER TO ATTRACT ALL INORGANIC MINERALS AND THEREFORE IS GOING TO FLUSH OUT YOUR HEAVY METAL FILLINGS AS WELL! (i am talking about teeth for sure)
